A Network Technician is someone who looks after a company's computer connections. They set up things like routers and switches and make sure they work correctly. They also make sure the computer network is safe from hackers. If there are any problems with connecting to the network, they fix them fast. They help people who are having trouble with their computers and make sure everything runs smoothly. This job needs good technical skills and the ability to solve problems. It's important in all kinds of companies, whether big or small.
Xchange has partered with Catalyte to offer an 8 - 10 week, 6 hours per day training program that will prepare individuals who have no previous experience to launch a career as a Network Technician. The intensive training program will teach individuals the technical skills they will need as well as provide coaching on durable and professional skills that are essential to success in a corporate environment.
